i added the one that produces a list of my stations, which so far are alternative rock and techno focused – will probably add a couple for jazz and blues too…

its a pretty neat application – a lot like programming your own station based on only groups and songs that you like, and you train it by telling it what you don’t like as well…

i have access to both sirius and xm on my laptop, plus all the music podcasts that i love (like solid steel) – but i’ve been really liking the experience that pandora offers, bookmarking songs and artists is pretty useful – plus being able to see which couple of songs you just listened to is cool…

i did get really quick support from bill lazar at the company – kudos for that…

good to have them part of the community…

update: still not working so am trying /rss/ in front of user name instead…

update2: switched back to /links/ and heard from bill again so they’re trying to help too, the customer experience side of raw sugar is great :)

update3: gave up on it here for now, though i did get it working on my typepad site…

instead of manually adding which plugins i’m using to my sidebar, i found this cool plugin (spanish) that does it automatically – neat…

one of the things i’ve figured out is that while i don’t mind tweaking to figure out how to integrate and properly configure a plugin or modification to the blog – if it requires to much research (read – debug) its better to dump it and look elsewhere, there are so many good developments out there that if one doesn’t work right (say for you theme) there’s bound to be another that’ll do it differently and better…

took a little tweaking, since vimeo converts everything to flash but still gives you a way to get to the original, which is what i ended up using…

when i added the bookmarking plugin, that republished every post (not many yet)…

then when i added the technorati tags plugin, i went back in and added appropriate tags for each post as well…

the plugins other than default or admin that i’ve added are:

social bookmarks bar

mobile edition

so far they’re all working as promised – i’ll post more as i add others…

the plugin worked fine – now need to find the right plugin to add a tag cloud to my sidebar, from there i’ll mostly likely cut down the number of categories per post and try for a more macro use of them…
